Modern commerical office and warehouse building

By applying the skills and experience of our design and construction teams to the entire project, we optimise the design, value engineering and construction methodology to a level beyond that possible in traditional construction procurement.

The Difference

  • With our collaborative approach, we truly want to understand your business and vision, and we come to every project without preconception, recognising that each client is unique and seeking different outcomes.

  • Our staged process gives you control as key design and budget milestones are met. Early budget certainty eliminates the risks associated with traditional construction procurement.

  • Incorporating diverse expertise throughout the design process means logistics, building techniques, value engineering, quality and waste minimisation are thoroughly investigated and in consultation with you, agree the best option for your specific project.

  • As the sole contracting party for your full ‘turnkey’ project, we are fully responsible for all aspects of delivering a superior project result, reducing risk that can fall back on the client in a traditionally procured project.

  • Through open communication and a platform of trust and integrity, we have earned a reputation for building excellent client relationships by creating a team environment with a collaborative focus on successful project outcomes.

The Process

1. Design Brief - Understanding what’s important

We listen and test your brief to fully understand your goals, requirements, budget and timeline – laying the foundation for a tailored design and construction solution that aligns with your vision.

2. Feasibility Studies & Land Sourcing

We assess the potential of the site by providing early-stage bulk and location concepts that, together with preliminary budgets, show the functionality and feasibility of the proposed location and preliminary layout solutions. Utilising our local and industry knowledge, we can also assist in sourcing land.

3. Conceptual Design

An agreed design brief is established enabling preparation of  conceptual designs. Together with preliminary budgets, this demonstrates the approach our team is taking and is used to confirm we have interpreted your needs correctly and gain approval before detailed plans are developed.

This gives maximum opportunity for feedback to be considered and changes made before continuing with detailed design.

5. Construction

With the relevant consents issued, the construction programme is finalised and work commences on site. Regular Project Control Group (PCG) meetings are held on site to keep stakeholders involved throughout the construction process.

4. Developed Design & Quotation

A full design presentation and proposal is prepared, including CAD drawn floor plans and elevations, specifications and perspectives as required.

The relevant consent applications are lodged with local territorial authorities.

6. Project Completion Handover

When works are completed, the project is handed over to the client. Indesco obtains the relevant completion certification from local territorial authorities.

“We engaged Indesco based on a recommendation; the project went so well, we have now worked with them four times. All have been exceptionally good experiences, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at industrial building.”
